Looking for Letybo in Tucson? I offer personalized Letybo® neurotoxin consultations and appropriate injections through All Around Beauty Plus Aesthetics.

I’m Kelley J. Beck, DNP, FNP-C, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. My approach starts with your facial anatomy, how your muscles move, your treatment history, and what you are hoping to achieve.

Letybo is one of several prescription neurotoxin options available in my practice, along with Jeuveau® and DAXXIFY®. We discuss the product and treatment plan before deciding whether injections are appropriate.

Appointments are available at selected studio dates in Tucson and Vail / Corona de Tucson, with private mobile concierge appointments available when appropriate.

Consultations and injections are personally provided by Kelley J. Beck, DNP, FNP-C, Family Nurse Practitioner.

Quick Answer

Letybo® is an FDA-approved botulinum toxin type A injection used to temporarily improve moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows in adults. At All Around Beauty Plus Aesthetics in Tucson, treatment is provided by Kelley J. Beck, DNP, FNP-C, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Appointment options include studio care and eligible private mobile concierge visits.

Understanding Your Treatment

What Is Letybo?

Letybo® is a prescription botulinum toxin type A product. Its active ingredient is letibotulinumtoxinA-wlbg.

Like other botulinum toxin products, Letybo temporarily reduces muscle activity by interfering with nerve signals to selected muscles.

Letybo received FDA approval on February 29, 2024, for temporarily improving the appearance of moderate to severe glabellar lines in adults.

Glabellar lines are the vertical lines between the eyebrows that become more noticeable when you frown or concentrate. Many people call these their “11 lines.”

Letybo is manufactured by Hugel. It is a separate prescription neurotoxin product from BOTOX® Cosmetic, Jeuveau®, and DAXXIFY®.

FDA-Approved Treatment

What Areas Is Letybo Approved to Treat?

The FDA-approved cosmetic indication for Letybo is the temporary improvement of moderate to severe glabellar lines between the eyebrows in adult patients. Other facial treatment areas are not included in that approved indication.

Glabellar Lines

These are the vertical frown lines between the eyebrows. Letybo is FDA-approved to temporarily improve their appearance in adults when they are moderate to severe and associated with muscle activity.

Forehead Lines

Forehead wrinkles are frequently discussed during neurotoxin consultations. However, Letybo is not FDA-approved specifically for treating horizontal forehead lines. Any proposed use outside its approved indication requires an individualized off-label treatment discussion.

Crow’s Feet and Other Areas

Crow’s feet, lip flips, and other aesthetic concerns may involve different muscles. These are not FDA-approved Letybo treatment indications. Kelley can explain available options, product-specific labeling, and clinical considerations during consultation.

Important: FDA approval for one treatment area does not automatically establish approval for another. If an off-label treatment is considered, I explain that distinction before proceeding.

What to Expect

How Long Does Letybo Last?

Letybo temporarily affects muscle activity, so its results are not permanent.

Clinical studies evaluated changes in glabellar line appearance after Letybo treatment, including effectiveness at four weeks.

Results and how long they remain noticeable vary between individuals. Muscle activity, treatment history, dose, and personal response can affect your experience.

Repeat injections may be considered when appropriate. Under the prescribing information, Letybo should not be administered more frequently than every three months.

I discuss expected timing and when to reassess your results during consultation.

When Will I Notice Results?

Letybo does not produce its full muscle-relaxing effect immediately after injection.

Some people notice improvement within the first several days, while individual response and the appearance of the treated area continue to vary.

Treatment response should be assessed over time rather than judging the result immediately after the appointment.

There is no guarantee that one neurotoxin brand will begin working faster or last longer for every person.

Understanding Your Options

Letybo vs. Jeuveau vs. DAXXIFY

Letybo, Jeuveau, and DAXXIFY are separate FDA-approved prescription botulinum toxin products. They have different formulations, product-specific dosing, and prescribing information.

Letybo®

Letybo contains letibotulinumtoxinA-wlbg and received U.S. FDA approval in 2024.

Its approved aesthetic indication is temporary improvement of moderate to severe glabellar lines in adults.

Treatment selection depends on clinical assessment rather than brand popularity.

Jeuveau®

Jeuveau is another botulinum toxin type A option available through All Around Beauty Plus Aesthetics.

Like Letybo, it has an FDA-approved cosmetic indication for moderate to severe glabellar lines.

DAXXIFY®

DAXXIFY is a separate prescription neurotoxin with its own formulation and labeled dosing.

DAXXIFY units cannot be directly compared with Letybo units. A price-per-unit comparison alone does not establish the total treatment cost.

Are Letybo and Botox the Same?

No. BOTOX® Cosmetic is a separate branded botulinum toxin product. Letybo is also a botulinum toxin type A treatment, but it has its own prescribing information and dosing.

Many people use the word “botox” when searching for wrinkle-relaxing injections. That doesn’t mean every neurotoxin offered is the BOTOX Cosmetic brand.

Treatment Planning

How Many Units of Letybo Do I Need?

The FDA-labeled Letybo treatment for moderate to severe glabellar lines uses a total of 20 units across five injection sites.

That labeled regimen should not be interpreted as a universal dose for every facial area or every neurotoxin brand.

Botulinum toxin units are product-specific and are not interchangeable between products.

I review your anatomy, treatment goals, clinical history, and product-specific labeling when discussing an appropriate treatment plan.

Why I Don’t Start With a Unit Count

Your facial muscles, movement patterns, and treatment history are not identical to someone else’s.

I want you to understand what a product is approved to treat, how dosing is determined, and what your total treatment may cost.

We discuss that before treatment rather than assuming the same number of units works for everyone.

Letybo Pricing Tucson

How Much Does Letybo Cost in Tucson?

At All Around Beauty Plus Aesthetics, standard in-studio neurotoxin pricing typically ranges from $8–$10 per unit.

Letybo’s FDA-labeled glabellar treatment is 20 units, although the applicable price and treatment plan are confirmed during consultation.

Private mobile concierge appointments may have different pricing depending on the appointment and location.

Seasonal promotions, limited-time specials, and private-event pricing may also be available. Current offers may differ from standard pricing.

I review the proposed treatment and total cost before proceeding. You should know what you’re paying for.

Letybo Consultations With Kelley J. Beck, DNP, FNP-C

I’m a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Air Force veteran, and owner of All Around Beauty Plus Aesthetics.

I personally provide consultations, evaluate facial anatomy, develop treatment plans, and perform appropriate injections.

I don’t believe treatment should be based on a predetermined unit count or the idea that one neurotoxin is best for every person.

Sometimes I recommend a conservative approach. Sometimes another treatment is a better fit. And sometimes the best recommendation is no treatment at all.

It’s your face and your wallet. You should understand what I’m recommending and why.

What Should You Look for in a Tucson Neurotoxin Injector?

I encourage clients to consider the provider’s healthcare credentials, experience with facial anatomy, treatment recommendations, and willingness to explain risks.

You should also know which actual prescription product is being used.

A consultation should include realistic expectations and room to ask questions before deciding whether to proceed.

Safety and Informed Treatment

Letybo Safety and Important Considerations

Letybo is a prescription botulinum toxin product with potential side effects, contraindications, and important warnings.

The most common adverse reaction reported in its clinical trials was headache. Other possible effects include eyelid or eyebrow drooping.

Botulinum toxin products carry a boxed warning for the potential distant spread of toxin effects. Symptoms may include generalized muscle weakness, difficulty swallowing, or difficulty breathing.

Difficulty breathing, swallowing, or speaking after treatment requires immediate medical attention.

Letybo should not be used in individuals with known hypersensitivity to botulinum toxin preparations or relevant formulation components, or when infection is present at a proposed injection site.

Your medical history, medications, neuromuscular conditions, and previous reactions to neurotoxins should be reviewed before treatment.
