All Around Beauty Plus LLC is a woman-owned, veteran-owned mobile concierge aesthetics company based in Tucson, Arizona. We specialize in in-home botox-type neurotoxin injections and hyaluronic acid dermal filler treatments designed to help clients look refreshed, confident, and natural, without the need to visit a traditional clinic or medical spa.
Our mobile model allows clients to receive professional aesthetic treatments in the privacy and comfort of their home, office, or private event setting. Every service is customized, discreet, and delivered with a strong emphasis on safety, education, and individualized care.

As the founder and sole injector behind All Around Beauty Plus Tucson, I personally provide every consultation and treatment to ensure safety, consistency, and natural-looking results.
My Approach to Concierge Aesthetics
My approach to concierge aesthetics is rooted in clinical expertise, individualized treatment planning, and respect for each client’s goals. I focus on subtle, natural-looking results rather than overcorrection, with an emphasis on balance, facial harmony, and long-term skin health.
Every appointment begins with a one-on-one consultation where I personally assess facial anatomy, movement, and aesthetic priorities. Treatments may include botox-type neurotoxin injections using FDA-approved products such as Jeuveau and Letybo, as well as hyaluronic acid dermal fillers to support volume and facial contour.
I use FDA-approved Jeuveau® and Letybo® with a focus on natural-looking results and client comfort. Common treatment areas include forehead lines, glabellar lines (frown lines), crow’s feet, lip flip, baby neurotoxin (light preventative dosing), masseter (jawline refinement), and TMJ/migraine-related tension.
By offering mobile services, I am able to provide unrushed care in a comfortable, private setting, allowing clients to feel informed, relaxed, and confident throughout the treatment process.

All appointments are booked directly through All Around Beauty Plus.
Many people search for “Botox Tucson.” We provide FDA-approved neurotoxin options (Jeuveau and Letybo) and do not offer Allergan’s BOTOX® Cosmetic.
Credentials & Affiliations
All Around Beauty Plus is led by Dr. Kelley J. Beck, DNP, FNP-C, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and advanced training in medical aesthetic procedures. All injectable treatments and medical consultations are personally performed by Kelley Beck in accordance with professional standards of care and applicable Arizona regulations.

I honorably served and separated the U.S. Air Force as a Captain (46N, Nursing) to pursue my Master’s (MSN), became a certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C), and then completed my Doctorate (DNP).
